CVSS v3.1 |
| Froxlor before 2.2.0 (affected up to and including 2.2.0-rc3) generates /etc/pure-ftpd/db/mysql.conf with mode 0644 via the XML configuration templates in lib/configfiles/, even though the file contains the Froxlor SQL user's password. On systems where the parent directories are world readable (the default on Debian 12), any unprivileged local user able to execute commands or code on the host — including virtual users without SSH access who can upload PHP/CGI scripts — can read the file and obtain the Froxlor database credentials. Database access can then be leveraged to alter an administrator's password hash and TOTP seed, log in as a Froxlor administrator, and ultimately gain root privileges. Only instances configured to use pure-ftpd are affected. |
| An incorrect permission assignment for critical resource vulnerability in LDAP API in Synology DiskStation Manager (DSM) before 7.2.1-69057-12, 7.2.2-72806-9, 7.3.2-86009-4 and 7.4-90075 allows remote authenticated users to read or write arbitrary files and conduct denial-of-service attacks. |
| NetBSD contains an information disclosure vulnerability in mm_open() within sys/dev/mm.c that allows unprivileged local users to obtain real kernel virtual addresses by opening world-accessible devices such as /dev/null or /dev/zero, which incorrectly receive the PK_KMEM process flag. Attackers can exploit this misconfigured flag to bypass the CANSEE_KPTR obfuscation mechanism and read kernel virtual addresses for sensitive kernel structures including struct proc, kauth_cred, filedesc, and vmspace via sysctl KERN_PROC queries. |
| vm2 versions from 3.11.3 before 3.11.7 expose the host tls module to NodeVM sandbox code, allowing attackers to call tls.setDefaultCACertificates() and replace process-wide certificate authorities. Attackers with access to allowed tls and url builtins can use URLSearchParams to create host-realm arrays and manipulate the TLS trust store, enabling subsequent host HTTPS clients to accept attacker-controlled certificates. |
| garminconnect is a Python 3 API wrapper for Garmin Connect that retrieves statistics and manages activities. Prior to 0.3.5, garminconnect/client.py Client.dump creates the OAuth token directory and garmin_tokens.json without explicit owner-only modes, so a permissive umask such as 022 can leave the directory mode at 0755 and the token file mode at 0644. garmin_tokens.json contains di_refresh_token, and another unprivileged user on a shared Linux or macOS host can read the token and obtain persistent access to the victim's Garmin Connect account, including health, fitness, activity, and device data. The Garmin.login tokenstore path is affected, and a pre-existing loosely permissioned token file remains exposed until rewritten or manually restricted. This issue is fixed in version 0.3.5. |
| Nextflow is a DSL for data-driven computational pipelines. From 25.09.2-edge until 25.10.6 and 26.04.3, nextflow auth login writes Seqera Platform OIDC bearer tokens to ${NXF_HOME:-~/.nextflow}/seqera-auth.config through AuthCommandImpl.writeConfig in plugins/nf-tower/src/main/io/seqera/tower/plugin/auth/AuthCommandImpl.groovy without setting restrictive file permissions, allowing the default umask 022 to create the file with mode 0644. On a multi-user POSIX host, a local user who can traverse the victim's home directory can read seqera-auth.config and impersonate the victim against Seqera Platform within the token's scope. Single-user systems and headless CI runners that do not use the interactive login flow are not affected. This issue is fixed in 25.10.6 and 26.04.3. |
| Incorrect permission assignment for a critical resource in Armoury Crate allows a local user to bypass the driver’s validation mechanism, resulting in unauthorized read and write access to physical memory.Refer to the '
Security Update for Armoury Crate App ' section on the ASUS Security Advisory for more information. |
| Dell SCG 5.0 Appliance versions prior to 5.36.00.16 and Dell SCG 5.0 Application versions prior to 5.36.00.00, contains an Incorrect Permission Assignment for Critical Resource vulnerability. A low privileged attacker with local access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to unauthorized access. |
| Incorrect Permission Assignment for Critical Resource in the configuration loader of Duplicati for Windows versions before v2.4.0.0 allows a local low-privileged attacker to escalate privileges to NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM via an attacker-controlled preload.json file. |
| A flaw was found in PCS (Pacemaker Configuration System). A local attacker with membership in the 'haclient' group can exploit the 'pcs host auth --token' command to read the contents of arbitrary files on the filesystem, provided the files are shorter than 256 bytes. The file contents are read with root privileges by the pcsd daemon and can be exfiltrated by the attacker through subsequent cluster node communication. This allows disclosure of sensitive data such as API keys, tokens, or configuration secrets that would otherwise be inaccessible to the attacker. |
| An arbitrary file access vulnerability in Mistral Vibe allows an attacker to bypass workspace restrictions through commands classified as unconditionally allowed. Missing path validation for these commands enables access to files outside the active workspace without user approval. |
| Incorrect Permission Assignment for Critical Resource vulnerability in TÜBİTAK BİLGEM Software Technologies Research Institute Pardus LightDM Greeter allows Exploiting Incorrectly Configured Access Control Security Levels.
This issue affects Pardus LightDM Greeter: before 0.4.15. |
| PassMark PerformanceTest before 11.1 build 1012, BurnInTest before 11.1 build 1000, and OSForensics before 11.1 build 1016 contain an improper access control vulnerability in the DirectIo64.sys kernel driver that allows unprivileged local users to perform privileged hardware operations by opening a handle to the device object created without a security descriptor. Attackers can issue IOCTLs through the permissive default Windows ACL applied to the device to access restricted hardware operations regardless of privilege or integrity level. |
| A maliciously created executable, when executed on the victim's machine, may allow a local low-privileged attacker to inject unauthenticated IPC messages into named pipes, modify pipe permissions or ownership, and potentially impact confidentiality, integrity, and availability. |
| The AI Website Builder WordPress plugin (GitHub build) 1.0.0 does not perform any authorisation or nonce check on its REST API routes, allowing unauthenticated attackers to install and activate plugins and themes, import content from a URL under their control, write a file of their choosing into the uploads directory, and delete site content and media. On a host that serves PHP from the uploads directory, that file write is remote code execution. |
| Incorrect Permission Assignment for Critical Resource (CWE-732) in Elastic Agent can lead to local privilege escalation via Replace Binaries (CAPEC-642). On Windows systems where Elastic Agent is installed in unprivileged mode, resources used by the agent service are created with access controls broader than required. A local user could take advantage of this to cause the service to execute code of their choosing, ultimately obtaining SYSTEM-level privileges on the host. |
| An issue was discovered in SysPasswordDxe in Insyde InsydeH2O. User and administrator password hashes are exposed in runtime UEFI variables, leading to escalation of privilege |
| A flaw was found in Submariner. This vulnerability allows a malicious cluster (spoke) to redirect network traffic from other connected clusters (peer clusters) by publishing a specially crafted network endpoint. The system fails to properly validate the network subnets provided by the malicious cluster, enabling it to declare arbitrary network ranges. Consequently, all network traffic intended for these arbitrary ranges from peer clusters will be rerouted through the attacker's tunnel, potentially leading to unauthorized information disclosure or network disruption. |
| In WhatsUp Gold versions released before 2026.0.2, a privileged attacker can write arbitrary files to a web-accessible location on the host server. |
| Kimai before 2.63.0 contains an improper authorization vulnerability in team access endpoints that allows authenticated users with team edit permissions and read-only access to grant team access to customers, projects, or activities. Attackers can exploit insufficient permission checks by sending POST requests to team access endpoints to modify access control lists for entities they should not be able to modify. |
