CVSS v3.1 |
| Codex CLI is a coding agent from OpenAI that runs locally. In versions 0.2.0 to 0.38.0, due to a bug in the sandbox configuration logic, Codex CLI could treat a model-generated cwd as the sandbox’s writable root, including paths outside of the folder where the user started their session. This logic bypassed the intended workspace boundary and enables arbitrary file writes and command execution where the Codex process has permissions - this did not impact the network-disabled sandbox restriction. This issue has been patched in Codex CLI 0.39.0 that canonicalizes and validates that the boundary used for sandbox policy is based on where the user started the session, and not the one generated by the model. Users running 0.38.0 or earlier should update immediately via their package manager or by reinstalling the latest Codex CLI to ensure sandbox boundaries are enforced. If using the Codex IDE extension, users should immediately update to 0.4.12 for a fix of the sandbox issue. |

| An issue in Casa Systems NL1901ACV R6B032 allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code via the userName parameter of the add function. |
| A flaw was found in the MustGather.managed.openshift.io Custom Defined Resource (CRD) of OpenShift Dedicated. A non-privileged user on the cluster can create a MustGather object with a specially crafted file and set the most privileged service account to run the job. This can allow a standard developer user to escalate their privileges to a cluster administrator and pivot to the AWS environment. |
| RedisBloom adds a set of probabilistic data structures to Redis. Starting in version 2.0.0 and prior to version 2.4.7 and 2.6.10, authenticated users can use the `CF.RESERVE` command to trigger a runtime assertion and termination of the Redis server process. The problem is fixed in RedisBloom 2.4.7 and 2.6.10. |
| The vulnerability was identified in the code developed specifically for Lenovo. Please visit "Lenovo Product Security Advisories and Announcements" webpage for more information about the vulnerability. https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/product_security/home |
| Ericsson Catalog Manager and Ericsson Order Care APIs do not have authentication enabled by default. Authentication checks can be configured to remediate the information disclosure issue. |
| Ericsson RAN Compute
and Site Controller 6610 contains in certain configurations a high severity
vulnerability where improper input validation could be exploited leading to arbitrary code execution. |
| Ericsson Packet Core Controller (PCC) contains a vulnerability in Access and Mobility Management Function (AMF) where improper input validation can lead to denial of service which may result in service degradation. |
| Ericsson RAN Compute and Site Controller 6610 contains a vulnerability in the Control System where Improper Input Validation can lead to arbitrary code execution, for example to obtain a Linux Shell with the same privileges as the attacker. The attacker would require elevated privileges for example a valid OAM user having the system administrator role to exploit the vulnerability. |
| Improper input validation for some Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R) products for Windows before version 23.40 may allow an unauthenticated user to potentially enable denial of service via adjacent access. |
| Improper input validation in PfrSmiUpdateFw driver in UEFI firmware for some Intel(R) Server M50FCP Family products may allow a privileged user to enable escalation of privilege via local access. |
| Exposure of Sensitive Information to an Unauthorized Actor vulnerability in openEuler kernel on Linux allows Resource Leak Exposure. This vulnerability is associated with program files https://gitee.Com/openeuler/kernel/blob/openEuler-1.0-LTS/drivers/staging/gmjstcm/tcm.C.
This issue affects kernel: from 4.19.90-2109.1.0.0108 before 4.19.90-2403.4.0.0244.

| The net/http HTTP/1.1 client mishandled the case where a server responds to a request with an "Expect: 100-continue" header with a non-informational (200 or higher) status. This mishandling could leave a client connection in an invalid state, where the next request sent on the connection will fail. An attacker sending a request to a net/http/httputil.ReverseProxy proxy can exploit this mishandling to cause a denial of service by sending "Expect: 100-continue" requests which elicit a non-informational response from the backend. Each such request leaves the proxy with an invalid connection, and causes one subsequent request using that connection to fail. |
| Verifying a certificate chain which contains a certificate with an unknown public key algorithm will cause Certificate.Verify to panic. This affects all crypto/tls clients, and servers that set Config.ClientAuth to VerifyClientCertIfGiven or RequireAndVerifyClientCert. The default behavior is for TLS servers to not verify client certificates. |
| A timing-based side-channel flaw exists in the perl-Crypt-OpenSSL-RSA package, which could be sufficient to recover plaintext across a network in a Bleichenbacher-style attack. To achieve successful decryption, an attacker would have to be able to send a large number of trial messages. The vulnerability affects the legacy PKCS#1v1.5 RSA encryption padding mode. |
| Element Web is a Matrix web client built using the Matrix React SDK. Element Web and Element Desktop before version 1.11.112 have insufficient validation of room predecessor links, allowing a remote attacker to attempt to impermanently replace a room's entry in the room list with an unrelated attacker-supplied room. While the effect of this is temporary, it may still confuse users into acting on incorrect assumptions. The issue has been patched and users should upgrade to 1.11.112. A reload/refresh will fix the incorrect room list state, removing the attacker's room and restoring the original room. |
| ImpactThe attacker can validate if a user exists by checking the time login returns. This timing difference can be used to enumerate valid usernames, after which an attacker could attempt brute force attacks.
PatchesThis vulnerability has been patched, implementing a timing-safe form login authenticator that ensures consistent response times regardless of whether a user exists or not.
Technical DetailsThe vulnerability was caused by different response times when:
* A valid username was provided (password hashing occurred)
* An invalid username was provided (no password hashing occurred)
The fix introduces a TimingSafeFormLoginAuthenticator that performs a dummy password hash verification even for non-existent users, ensuring consistent timing.
WorkaroundsNo workarounds are available. Users should upgrade to the patched version.

| Jackson-core contains core low-level incremental ("streaming") parser and generator abstractions used by Jackson Data Processor. Starting in version 2.0.0 and prior to version 2.13.0, a flaw in jackson-core's `JsonLocation._appendSourceDesc` method allows up to 500 bytes of unintended memory content to be included in exception messages. When parsing JSON from a byte array with an offset and length, the exception message incorrectly reads from the beginning of the array instead of the logical payload start. This results in possible information disclosure in systems using pooled or reused buffers, like Netty or Vert.x. This issue was silently fixed in jackson-core version 2.13.0, released on September 30, 2021, via PR #652. All users should upgrade to version 2.13.0 or later. If upgrading is not immediately possible, applications can mitigate the issue by disabling exception message exposure to clients to avoid returning parsing exception messages in HTTP responses and/or disabling source inclusion in exceptions to prevent Jackson from embedding any source content in exception messages, avoiding leakage. |
