CVSS v3.1 |
| Applications that parse ETags from "If-Match" or "If-None-Match" request headers are vulnerable to DoS attack.
Users of affected versions should upgrade to the corresponding fixed version.
Users of older, unsupported versions could enforce a size limit on "If-Match" and "If-None-Match" headers, e.g. through a Filter. |
| A flaw was found in NetworkManager. When a system running NetworkManager with DEBUG logs enabled and an interface eth1 configured with LLDP enabled, a malicious user could inject a malformed LLDP packet. NetworkManager would crash, leading to a denial of service. |
| Authenticated users can upload specifically crafted files to leak server resources. This behavior can potentially be used to run a denial of service attack against Cloud Controller.
The Cloud Foundry project recommends upgrading the following releases:
* Upgrade capi release version to 1.194.0 or greater
* Upgrade cf-deployment version to v44.1.0 or greater. This includes a patched capi release |
| Spring MVC controller methods with an @RequestBody byte[] method parameter are vulnerable to a DoS attack. |
| An issue was discovered on certain Nuki Home Solutions devices. It is possible to send multiple BLE malformed packets to block some of the functionality and reboot the device. This affects Nuki Smart Lock 3.0 before 3.3.5 and Nuki Smart Lock 2.0 before 2.12.4. |
| An issue was discovered on certain Nuki Home Solutions devices. By sending a malformed HTTP verb, it is possible to force a reboot of the device. This affects Nuki Bridge v1 before 1.22.0 and v2 before 2.13.2. |
| The Authorino service in the Red Hat Connectivity Link is the authorization service for zero trust API security. Authorino allows the users with developer persona to add callbacks to be executed to HTTP endpoints once the authorization process is completed. It was found that an attacker with developer persona access can add a large number of those callbacks to be executed by Authorino and as the authentication policy is enforced by a single instance of the service, this leada to a Denial of Service in Authorino while processing the post-authorization callbacks. |
| A Developer persona can bring down the Authorino service, preventing the evaluation of all AuthPolicies on the cluster |
| An Out-Of-Memory (OOM) vulnerability exists in the `ollama` server version 0.3.14. This vulnerability can be triggered when a malicious API server responds with a gzip bomb HTTP response, leading to the `ollama` server crashing. The vulnerability is present in the `makeRequestWithRetry` and `getAuthorizationToken` functions, which use `io.ReadAll` to read the response body. This can result in excessive memory usage and a Denial of Service (DoS) condition. |
| The Minify HTML plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Regular Expression Denial of Service (ReDoS) in all versions up to, and including, 2.1.10. This is due to processing user-supplied input as a regular expression. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to create comments that can cause catastrophic backtracking and break pages. |
| Starting in Python 3.12.0, the asyncio._SelectorSocketTransport.writelines()
method would not "pause" writing and signal to the Protocol to drain
the buffer to the wire once the write buffer reached the "high-water
mark". Because of this, Protocols would not periodically drain the write
buffer potentially leading to memory exhaustion.
This
vulnerability likely impacts a small number of users, you must be using
Python 3.12.0 or later, on macOS or Linux, using the asyncio module
with protocols, and using .writelines() method which had new
zero-copy-on-write behavior in Python 3.12.0 and later. If not all of
these factors are true then your usage of Python is unaffected. |
| An issue in SunOS Omnios v5.11 allows attackers to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) via repeatedly sending crafted TCP packets. |
| It is possible to construct a zone such that some queries to it will generate responses containing numerous records in the Additional section. An attacker sending many such queries can cause either the authoritative server itself or an independent resolver to use disproportionate resources processing the queries. Zones will usually need to have been deliberately crafted to attack this exposure.
This issue affects BIND 9 versions 9.11.0 through 9.11.37, 9.16.0 through 9.16.50, 9.18.0 through 9.18.32, 9.20.0 through 9.20.4, 9.21.0 through 9.21.3, 9.11.3-S1 through 9.11.37-S1, 9.16.8-S1 through 9.16.50-S1, and 9.18.11-S1 through 9.18.32-S1. |
| An incomplete fix was shipped for the Rapid Reset (CVE-2023-44487/CVE-2023-39325) vulnerability for an OpenShift Containers. |
| Uncontrolled resource consumption for some Intel(R) SPS firmware versions may allow a privileged user to potentially enable denial of service via network access. |
| A prototype pollution in the function deepMerge of @stryker-mutator/util v8.6.0 allows attackers to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) via supplying a crafted payload. |
| A prototype pollution in the lib.createUploader function of @rpldy/uploader v1.8.1 allows attackers to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) via supplying a crafted payload. |
| A prototype pollution in the lib.fromQuery function of underscore-contrib v0.3.0 allows attackers to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) via supplying a crafted payload. |
| A security flaw has been discovered in mixmark-io turndown up to 7.2.1. This affects an unknown function of the file src/commonmark-rules.js. Performing manipulation results in inefficient regular expression complexity. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. The exploit has been released to the public and may be exploited. |
| Uncontrolled Resource Consumption vulnerability in Legion of the Bouncy Castle Inc. Bouncy Castle for Java FIPS bc-fips on All (API modules), Legion of the Bouncy Castle Inc. Bouncy Castle for Java LTS bcprov-lts8on on All (API modules) allows Excessive Allocation. This vulnerability is associated with program files org/bouncycastle/crypto/fips/AESNativeCBC.Java, org/bouncycastle/crypto/engines/AESNativeCBC.Java.
This issue affects Bouncy Castle for Java FIPS: 2.1.0; Bouncy Castle for Java LTS: from 2.73.0 through 2.73.7. |
