CVSS v3.1 |
| There is a vulnerability in ActiveSupport if the new bytesplice method is called on a SafeBuffer with untrusted user input. |
| A vulnerability in the legacy chat component of Mitel MiContact Center Business through 10.0.0.4, 10.1.0.0 through 10.1.0.5, and 10.2.0.0 through 10.2.0.4 could allow an unauthenticated attacker to conduct a reflected cross-site scripting (XSS) attack due to insufficient input validation. A successful exploit requires user interaction and could allow an attacker to execute arbitrary scripts with a limited impact on the confidentiality and the integrity. |
| MDC is a tool to take regular Markdown and write documents interacting deeply with a Vue component. In affected versions unsafe parsing logic of the URL from markdown can lead to arbitrary JavaScript code due to a bypass to the existing guards around the `javascript:` protocol scheme in the URL. The parsing logic implement in `props.ts` maintains a deny-list approach to filtering potential malicious payload. It does so by matching protocol schemes like `javascript:` and others. These security guards can be bypassed by an adversarial that provides JavaScript URLs with HTML entities encoded via hex string. Users who consume this library and perform markdown parsing from unvalidated sources could result in rendering vulnerable XSS anchor links. This vulnerability has been addressed in version 0.13.3 and all users are advised to upgrade. There are no known workarounds for this vulnerability. |
| An XSS issue was discovered in the Bootstrap Lite theme before 1.x-1.4.5 for Backdrop CMS. It doesn't sufficiently sanitize certain class names. |
| An XSS issue was discovered in the Bootstrap 5 Lite theme before 1.x-1.0.3 for Backdrop CMS. It doesn't sufficiently sanitize certain class names. |
| An XSS issue was discovered in the Link iframe formatter module before 1.x-1.1.1 for Backdrop CMS. It doesn't sufficiently sanitize input before displaying results to the screen. This vulnerability is mitigated by the fact that an attacker must have the ability to create content containing an iFrame field. |
| Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation Cross-site Scripting vulnerability in Jalios JPlatform 10 allows for Reflected XSS and Stored XSS.This issue affects JPlatform 10: before 10.0.8 (SP8), before 10.0.7 (SP7), before 10.0.6 (SP6) and Jalios Workplace 6.2, Jalios Workplace 6.1, Jalios Workplace 6.0, and Jalios Workplace 5.3 to 5.5 |
| An issue was discovered in the Mail Disguise module before 1.x-1.0.5 for Backdrop CMS. It enables a website to obfuscate email addresses, and should prevent spambots from collecting them. The module doesn't sufficiently validate the data attribute value on links, potentially leading to a Cross Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability. This is mitigated by the fact an attacker must be able to insert link (<a>) HTML elements containing data attributes into the page. |
| Movable Type contains a reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability in the user information edit page. When Multi-Factor authentication plugin is enabled and a user accesses a crafted page while logged in to the affected product, an arbitrary script may be executed on the web browser of the user. |
| The Episerver Content Management System (CMS) by Optimizely was affected by multiple Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerabilities. This allowed an authenticated attacker to execute malicious JavaScript code in the victim's browser.
RTE properties (text fields), which could be used in the "Edit" section of the CMS,
allowed the input of arbitrary text. It was possible to input malicious JavaScript
code in these properties that would be executed if a user visits the previewed
page. Attackers needed at least the role "WebEditor" in order to exploit this issue.
Affected products: Version 11.X: EPiServer.CMS.Core (<11.21.4) with EPiServer.CMS.UI (<11.37.5), Version 12.X: EPiServer.CMS.Core (<12.22.1) with EPiServer.CMS.UI (<11.37.3) |
| The Episerver Content Management System (CMS) by Optimizely was affected by multiple Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerabilities. This allowed an authenticated attacker to execute malicious JavaScript code in the victim's browser.
ContentReference properties, which could be used in the "Edit" section of the CMS, offered an upload functionality for documents. These documents could later be used as displayed content on the page. It was possible to upload SVG files that include malicious JavaScript code that would be executed if a user visited the direct URL of the preview image. Attackers needed at least the role "WebEditor" in order to exploit this issue.
Affected products: Version 11.X: EPiServer.CMS.Core (<11.21.4) with EPiServer.CMS.UI (<11.37.5), Version 12.X: EPiServer.CMS.Core (<12.22.1) with EPiServer.CMS.UI (<11.37.3) |
| Vega is a visualization grammar, a declarative format for creating, saving, and sharing interactive visualization designs. In Vega prior to version 5.32.0, corresponding to vega-functions prior to version 5.17.0, users running Vega/Vega-lite JSON definitions could run unexpected JavaScript code when drawing graphs, unless the library was used with the `vega-interpreter`. Vega version 5.32.0 and vega-functions version 5.17.0 fix the issue. As a workaround, use `vega` with expression interpreter. |
| Certain models of routers from Billion Electric has hard-coded embedded linux credentials, allowing attackers to log in through the SSH service using these credentials and obtain root privilege of the system. |
| There is a cross-site scripting vulnerability in the Secure
Access administrative console of Absolute Secure Access prior to version 13.53.
Attackers with system administrator permissions can interfere with another
system administrator’s use of the management console when the second
administrator logs in. Attack complexity is high, attack requirements are
present, privileges required are none, user interaction is required. The impact
to confidentiality is low, the impact to availability is none, and the impact
to system integrity is none. |

| The Episerver Content Management System (CMS) by Optimizely was affected by multiple Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerabilities. This allowed an authenticated attacker to execute malicious JavaScript code in the victim's browser.
The Admin dashboard offered the functionality to add gadgets to the dashboard.
This included the "Notes" gadget. An authenticated attacker with the corresponding
access rights (such as "WebAdmin") that was impersonating the victim could insert
malicious JavaScript code in these notes that would be executed if the victim
visited the dashboard.
Affected products: Version 11.X: EPiServer.CMS.Core (<11.21.4) with EPiServer.CMS.UI (<11.37.5), Version 12.X: EPiServer.CMS.Core (<12.22.1) with EPiServer.CMS.UI (<11.37.3) |
| The Zweb Social Mobile – Ứng Dụng Nút Gọi Mobile plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the ‘vithanhlam_zsocial_save_messager’, 'vithanhlam_zsocial_save_zalo', 'vithanhlam_zsocial_save_hotline', and 'vithanhlam_zsocial_save_contact' parameters in all versions up to, and including, 1.0.0 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with administrator-level access, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. This only affects multi-site installations and installations where unfiltered_html has been disabled. |
| A vulnerability in the web-based management interface of Cisco UCS Manager Software could allow an authenticated, remote attacker to conduct a stored cross-site scripting (XSS) attack against a user of the interface.
This vulnerability is due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input by the web-based management interface of an affected system. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by injecting malicious data into specific pages of the interface. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to execute arbitrary script code in the context of the affected interface or access sensitive, browser-based information. To exploit this vulnerability, the attacker must be a member of the Administrator or AAA Administrator role. |
| The Fast Velocity Minify plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via admin settings in all versions up to, and including, 3.5.1 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with administrator-level permissions and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. This only affects multi-site installations and installations where unfiltered_html has been disabled. |
| The Orbit Fox: Duplicate Page, Menu Icons, SVG Support, Cookie Notice, Custom Fonts & More plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the category and tag 'name' parameters in all versions up to, and including, 3.0.2 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Author-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. |
