(1) unsquash-1.c, (2) unsquash-2.c, (3) unsquash-3.c, and (4) unsquash-4.c in Squashfs and sasquatch allow remote attackers to cause a denial of service (application crash) via a crafted input.
CVE-2015-8608 1 Perl 1 Perl 2025-04-20 0.0 Low
The VDir::MapPathA and VDir::MapPathW functions in Perl 5.22 allow remote attackers to cause a denial of service (out-of-bounds read) and possibly execute arbitrary code via a crafted (1) drive letter or (2) pInName argument.
CVE-2015-8613 2 Debian, Qemu 2 Debian Linux, Qemu 2025-04-20 6.5 Medium
Stack-based buffer overflow in the megasas_ctrl_get_info function in QEMU, when built with SCSI MegaRAID SAS HBA emulation support, allows local guest users to cause a denial of service (QEMU instance crash) via a crafted SCSI controller CTRL_GET_INFO command.
CVE-2015-8619 2 Debian, Qemu 2 Debian Linux, Qemu 2025-04-20 7.5 High
The Human Monitor Interface support in QEMU allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (out-of-bounds write and application crash).
CVE-2015-8666 2 Debian, Qemu 2 Debian Linux, Qemu 2025-04-20 7.9 High
Heap-based buffer overflow in QEMU, when built with the Q35-chipset-based PC system emulator.
CVE-2015-8763 1 Freeradius 1 Freeradius 2025-04-20 N/A
The EAP-PWD module in FreeRADIUS 3.0 through 3.0.8 allows remote attackers to have unspecified impact via a crafted (1) commit or (2) confirm message, which triggers an out-of-bounds read.
CVE-2017-13051 2 Redhat, Tcpdump 2 Enterprise Linux, Tcpdump 2025-04-20 N/A
The RSVP parser in tcpdump before 4.9.2 has a buffer over-read in print-rsvp.c:rsvp_obj_print().
CVE-2017-13052 2 Redhat, Tcpdump 2 Enterprise Linux, Tcpdump 2025-04-20 N/A
The CFM parser in tcpdump before 4.9.2 has a buffer over-read in print-cfm.c:cfm_print().
CVE-2017-13089 3 Debian, Gnu, Redhat 3 Debian Linux, Wget, Enterprise Linux 2025-04-20 N/A
The http.c:skip_short_body() function is called in some circumstances, such as when processing redirects. When the response is sent chunked in wget before 1.19.2, the chunk parser uses strtol() to read each chunk's length, but doesn't check that the chunk length is a non-negative number. The code then tries to skip the chunk in pieces of 512 bytes by using the MIN() macro, but ends up passing the negative chunk length to connect.c:fd_read(). As fd_read() takes an int argument, the high 32 bits of the chunk length are discarded, leaving fd_read() with a completely attacker controlled length argument.
CVE-2017-13090 3 Debian, Gnu, Redhat 3 Debian Linux, Wget, Enterprise Linux 2025-04-20 N/A
The retr.c:fd_read_body() function is called when processing OK responses. When the response is sent chunked in wget before 1.19.2, the chunk parser uses strtol() to read each chunk's length, but doesn't check that the chunk length is a non-negative number. The code then tries to read the chunk in pieces of 8192 bytes by using the MIN() macro, but ends up passing the negative chunk length to retr.c:fd_read(). As fd_read() takes an int argument, the high 32 bits of the chunk length are discarded, leaving fd_read() with a completely attacker controlled length argument. The attacker can corrupt malloc metadata after the allocated buffer.
CVE-2017-13134 1 Imagemagick 1 Imagemagick 2025-04-20 N/A
In ImageMagick 7.0.6-6 and GraphicsMagick 1.3.26, a heap-based buffer over-read was found in the function SFWScan in coders/sfw.c, which allows attackers to cause a denial of service via a crafted file.
CVE-2017-13139 3 Canonical, Debian, Imagemagick 3 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Imagemagick 2025-04-20 9.8 Critical
In ImageMagick before 6.9.9-0 and 7.x before 7.0.6-1, the ReadOneMNGImage function in coders/png.c has an out-of-bounds read with the MNG CLIP chunk.

CVE-2017-13720 1 X.org 1 Libxfont 2025-04-20 N/A
In the PatternMatch function in fontfile/fontdir.c in libXfont through 1.5.2 and 2.x before 2.0.2, an attacker with access to an X connection can cause a buffer over-read during pattern matching of fonts, leading to information disclosure or a crash (denial of service). This occurs because '\0' characters are incorrectly skipped in situations involving ? characters.
