CVSS v3.1 |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
nvme-fc: Do not cancel requests in io target before it is initialized
A new nvme-fc controller in CONNECTING state sees admin request timeout
schedules ctrl->ioerr_work to abort inflight requests. This ends up
calling __nvme_fc_abort_outstanding_ios() which aborts requests in both
admin and io tagsets. In case fc_ctrl->tag_set was not initialized we
see the warning below. This is because ctrl.queue_count is initialized
early in nvme_fc_alloc_ctrl().
nvme nvme0: NVME-FC{0}: starting error recovery Connectivity Loss

The code is fine but needs lockdep annotation, or maybe

Update the check in __nvme_fc_abort_outstanding_ios() confirm that io
tagset was created before iterating over busy requests. Also make sure
to cancel ctrl->ioerr_work before removing io tagset. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
PCI: dwc: ep: Flush cached MSI write before unmapping the iATU
The MSI-X path already flushes any posted MSI-X write before tearing down
its iATU mapping. That was added by commit c22533c66cca ("PCI: dwc: ep:
Flush MSI-X write before unmapping its ATU entry") to make sure the write
reaches the Root Complex before the outbound window that translates it
disappears.
The MSI path has the same problem but no equivalent flush. When the
Endpoint driver caches an MSI target address and later observes that the
Root Complex has changed it, dw_pcie_ep_raise_msi_irq() unmaps the existing
iATU entry and reprograms it for the new address. Between the last MSI
writel() and the unmap there may still be a posted write sitting in the
fabric, and unmapping the iATU entry can drop or misroute that write.
Fix this by reading back from the mapped MSI window before the unmap. The
readback drains any posted MSI writes through the same iATU entry that
mapped them, which is the same logic the MSI-X path uses.

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
firmware: arm_scmi: Unwind P2A receiver mailbox setup failure
mailbox_chan_setup() can request an additional P2A receiver channel after
successfully acquiring the primary P2A channel. If that later request
fails, the function returns immediately and leaves the primary channel
allocated.
Unwind the primary mailbox channel before returning the error so probe
deferral or other setup failures do not leave the channel busy for later
probe attempts. |
| A logic issue was addressed with improved state management. This issue is fixed in Safari 27, iOS 27 and iPadOS 27, macOS Golden Gate 27, tvOS 27, visionOS 27, watchOS 27. Processing maliciously crafted web content may lead to an unexpected process termination. |
| As part of Cisco's ongoing commitment to proactive security and product quality, the Cisco IOS XR Software engineering team has conducted a comprehensive internal security review. This review resulted in a software hardening releases that address multiple internally discovered vulnerabilities.
The vulnerabilities tracked by CVE-2026-20274 are related to improper resource control issues that are grouped under the Common Weakness Enumeration (CWE) CWE-664. |
| netty-incubator-codec-ohttp implements Oblivious HTTP (OHTTP) gateway and client functionality using Netty. Prior to 0.0.23.Final, the OHTTP gateway decryption path in codec-ohttp/src/main/java/io/netty/incubator/codec/ohttp/OHttpRequestResponseContext.java allocates a pooled direct ByteBuf for decrypted plaintext before the AEAD tag is verified. When an invalid tag causes decryptChunk() to throw CryptoException, OHttpRequestResponseContext.decodeChunk() does not release the ByteBuf because the allocation is not guarded by try/finally. Repeated invalid encrypted requests can therefore leak native off-heap memory until the gateway is unable to continue serving requests. This issue is fixed in version 0.0.23.Final. |
| PocketMine-MP versions before 5.39.2 fail to validate entity despawn state when processing attack packets from clients. Attackers can exploit a race condition by attacking a disconnecting player to trigger multiple death handlers, causing inventory items and experience to drop multiple times for duplication. |
| x86 PV guests can free memory pages while still keeping a stale TLB entry
pointing to them. A TLB flush is only issued by Xen (if needed) when the
page is re-used. Since it's possible for the page to be scrubbed ahead of
the TLB flush, there's a window where a PV guest can modify an already
scrubbed page. |
| @fastify/multipart is a multipart form-data parser for Fastify. In versions from 5.3.0 up to but not including 10.1.1, when the busboy fileSize limit truncates a file part, the plugin clears its internal current-file reference while the underlying stream is still open. If the client then aborts the connection before sending the terminating boundary, the abort cleanup finds no stream to destroy, so saveRequestFiles() never settles, the request handler hangs, and the temporary file already written to disk is never cleaned up. An unauthenticated client can repeat this to permanently leak temporary files and suspended handler executions, leading to disk and event-loop exhaustion. The issue is fixed in @fastify/multipart 10.1.1. Users should upgrade to 10.1.1. |
| Improper control of a resource through its lifetime in Workers in Google Chrome prior to 152.0.7977.65 allowed a remote attacker who had compromised the renderer process to bypass site isolation via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Low) |
| This issue was addressed through improved state management. This issue is fixed in iOS 18.7.10 and iPadOS 18.7.10, iOS 26.6 and iPadOS 26.6, macOS Sequoia 15.7.8, macOS Sonoma 14.8.8, macOS Tahoe 26.6, tvOS 26.6, visionOS 26.6, watchOS 26.6. An app may be able to access sensitive user data. |
| As part of Cisco's ongoing commitment to proactive security and product quality, the Cisco IOS XE Software engineering team has conducted a comprehensive internal security review. This review resulted in software hardening releases that address multiple internally discovered vulnerabilities.
The vulnerabilities tracked by CVE-2026-20269 are related to issues with improper control of a resource through its lifetime that are grouped under the Common Weakness Enumeration (CWE) Pillar CWE-664. |
| A vulnerability in the local malware analysis process of Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) Software could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to cause a denial of service (DoS) condition on the affected device. This vulnerability is due to insufficient error handling in the local malware analysis process of an affected device. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a crafted file through the device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to cause the local malware analysis process to crash, which could result in a DoS condition. Notes: Manual intervention may be required to recover from this situation. Malware cloud lookup and dynamic analysis will not be impacted. |
| A vulnerability was identified in Mullvad wireguard.sys 0.10.1. The affected element is the function AdapterState of the component IOCTL Handler. Such manipulation leads to improper update of reference count. Local access is required to approach this attack. The exploit is publicly available and might be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure. |

mm: hugetlb: independent PMD page table shared count
The folio refcount may be increased unexpectly through try_get_folio() by
caller such as split_huge_pages. In huge_pmd_unshare(), we use refcount

The issue may be triggered by damon, offline_page, page_idle, etc, which
will increase the refcount of page table.
1. The page table itself will be discarded after reporting the
"nonzero mapcount".
2. The HugeTLB page mapped by the page table miss freeing since we
treat the page table as shared and a shared page table will not be
unmapped.
Fix it by introducing independent PMD page table shared count. As
described by comment, pt_index/pt_mm/pt_frag_refcount are used for s390
gmap, x86 pgds and powerpc, pt_share_count is used for x86/arm64/riscv
pmds, so we can reuse the field as pt_share_count. |

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
mptcp: pm: only decrement add_addr_accepted for MPJ req
Adding the following warning ...
WARN_ON_ONCE(msk->pm.add_addr_accepted == 0)
... before decrementing the add_addr_accepted counter helped to find a
bug when running the "remove single subflow" subtest from the
mptcp_join.sh selftest.
Removing a 'subflow' endpoint will first trigger a RM_ADDR, then the
subflow closure. Before this patch, and upon the reception of the
RM_ADDR, the other peer will then try to decrement this
add_addr_accepted. That's not correct because the attached subflows have
not been created upon the reception of an ADD_ADDR.
A way to solve that is to decrement the counter only if the attached
subflow was an MP_JOIN to a remote id that was not 0, and initiated by
the host receiving the RM_ADDR. |
